Ordering & Lead Times

All online orders for cakes, pies, and sandwiches require advance notice:

Ice Cream Cakes & Pies: Minimum 7 days notice required

Ice Cream Sandwiches & Other Treats: Minimum 5 days notice required

Our online calendar will automatically block out dates that are too soon or unavailable (including holidays when we are closed).

All orders are pickup only at Hopkins Farm Creamery. We do not offer delivery or shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to Your Order

Changes to cake, pie, or sandwich details (flavor, size, writing, etc.) must be made at least 5 days before your pickup date. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as production may have already begun.

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 days before pickup: Full refund

4 days or less before pickup: 50% refund

Less than 2 days before pickup or no-show: No refund

Payment

All online orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not accept deposits or "pay at pickup" for online orders.

In-store purchases can be paid at the counter with cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Events & Parties Deposits

Booking a birthday party, school visit, wedding, or other event requires a $150 non-refundable deposit.

If you need to cancel, you simply won't receive the deposit back. You may cancel or reschedule at any time — please contact us as early as possible.

Allergy & Ingredient Information

Many of our products contain dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and other common allergens. Cross-contact may occur in our facility.

If you have severe allergies, please speak with our staff before ordering. We want everyone to enjoy our ice cream safely!
